Your first dominatrix session: before, during, after

A first dominatrix session asks for trust: you hand control to a woman you have never met, perhaps in a city that is not yours and a language that is not your own. I make that easier by leaving nothing around the session unclear. Here is how to tell whether you are ready, what to prepare, what we agree before anything starts, how the hour unfolds, and how to look after yourself afterwards – even if your flight leaves the next morning.

Am I ready? A self-check

Readiness has little to do with experience. Ask yourself six questions, honestly:

  • Can I name what draws me? One or two things are enough – restraint, strictness, a particular role.
  • Can I name what I do not want? A single clear no is worth more than a long list of yeses.
  • Am I doing this for myself? Not because a partner, a dare or a forum pushed me.
  • Will I come sober and on time? Both are conditions, not courtesies.
  • Would I use the safeword? Stopping a session is not failing it.
  • Can I accept that I do not steer? Within the limits we agree, I decide content and intensity.

If you can answer these, you are ready, even with no experience at all. You must be 18 or over, and I may ask for proof of age.

Preparing: wishes, limits, what to bring

Most of the preparation happens in writing. In the Safe Room you keep a profile with your experience, wishes and limits, and a wish list of practices. Fill it in properly; it spares us a long interview and lets me shape the hour before you arrive.

Health belongs there too: heart or circulation problems, epilepsy, allergies (latex is worth mentioning), injuries, medication. I do not ask out of curiosity – it changes what I do and how.

Then the practical side: choose the kind of session and the time, book the studio room, send your request. Steps, rates and deposit are laid out under prices and booking. On the day, bring the balance in cash, the studio’s room confirmation and ID in case I ask for it. Do not bring a script; a guest who rehearses tends to watch himself instead of listening.

The negotiation and the waiver

Before every session we agree your limits and a safeword. The conversation begins with your request and your profile and ends in the first minutes in the room, where I repeat back what I have understood.

Every request also asks you to accept my consent, health and liability declaration. It is a German legal text; the page carries an English translation, but the German version is binding. Do not tick the box blind. In plain words, you confirm that:

  • you are 18 or over, take part of your own free will, and are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that affects your judgement;
  • you are healthy, or have disclosed beforehand anything that speaks against taking part;
  • you understand that BDSM can leave redness or bruises and can stir strong emotions, sometimes with a delay;
  • your consent covers only what we discussed and can be withdrawn at any time, during the session too;
  • you will use the safeword or signal and report unusual pain, numbness or dizziness at once;
  • you are responsible for what you tell me, for your travel and for your belongings.

The declaration is governed by German law and states itself that liability for intent, gross negligence and negligent injury cannot be excluded.

The session, minute by minute

No two sessions are alike, but the frame of a first hour stays the same.

  1. Arrival. You come on time and switch your phone off once inside. The balance in cash changes hands first, so that money does not follow us into what comes next.
  2. The opening minutes. Face to face, I go through your limits and the safeword and ask whether anything has changed since you wrote – your health, your mood, a stiff back. Then the tone shifts, and you will notice when.
  3. The body of the hour. I set the pace, slower at first than you expect, because I am reading you: your posture, your hands, how you take an instruction. Intensity rises in steps, not leaps, and I check in along the way.
  4. The last minutes. The intensity falls away. You have time to come back to yourself, dress without hurry and say what you need to say.

The hour ends at the agreed time. Nothing is photographed or recorded without prior agreement. German words you may hear, such as Herrin or Erziehung, are explained in BDSM terms.

Hygiene and arriving at the studio

Come well-groomed: freshly showered, nails short and clean, no heavy aftershave. In a session we are close, and arriving well cared for is the first sign of respect. Hygiene runs both ways, and I keep my side of it to the same standard.

The session takes place at Studio 60 in Munich; the exact address follows once I have confirmed and your deposit has come in. If you are travelling, the route from your hotel, the Messe or the airport is on my English home page. If you are going to be late, message me before the start, not after.

Afterwards: aftercare and sub drop

A session does not end with the last instruction. Aftercare is the time in which you return from an unusual state to an ordinary one, and I do not hurry you through it. Guests often leave quiet, sometimes oddly emotional; both are normal.

What some do not expect is the drop: hours or a day later, a flat or restless mood can arrive without warning. It is a known after-effect of intense experience, not a sign that something went wrong. What I suggest:

  • Keep the rest of the day free of anything demanding.
  • Eat something, drink water, sleep.
  • If you came by car, sit for a while before you drive.
  • If you fly home the next morning, expect the mood to find you at the gate rather than in the studio, and give it room.

If something stays with you, write to me through the Safe Room or in our chat. How we stop when something feels wrong is explained under limits and safety.

Questions

What happens in a dominatrix session?

We confirm your limits and a safeword, then I lead – with words, restraint, discipline or role play, depending on what we agreed. The pace is mine, the limits are yours. No intercourse, no oral sex.

Is it normal to be nervous before a first session?

Entirely. Tell me in your note that it is your first time; I adjust tempo and intensity to it, and the opening minutes are there to let you settle.

What if I want to stop halfway through?

Say the safeword or give the agreed signal, and the action stops at once. You will not be punished for it; we decide together what happens next.

Will anyone be able to tell afterwards?

If marks must not be visible – because of your work, a partner or a holiday – make that one of your limits, and I will respect it. Discretion is mutual: what happens in the room stays there.
