Why I receive guests at Royal Empire
A session deserves a place built for it, and since October 2026 every appointment I hold in person happens at Royal Empire. I chose it for three reasons.
- Discretion begins before the door. You arrive, park and enter without being on display; what that looks like in practice is described further down.
- The room is my concern. I book it, I pay for it, I prepare it. You arrive at a space that is already waiting for us, not at a reception desk where you have to explain yourself.
- The boundary is simple. I do not travel to you – not to your flat, your hotel or your office. If Munich is out of reach, a video session is the alternative.
This is my page, not the studio's. Everything I pass on about its rooms comes from Royal Empire's own website and is meant as orientation, not as a promise.
The room is included in my fee
You do not contact the studio, you do not reserve anything there and you do not pay a separate room fee. Once I confirm your request, I book the room for exactly our time – one hour, or three for an Intensive – and the cost is already contained in the price you saw in the calendar.
That price is simple. A single hour at Royal Empire costs €320, whatever time it starts. From two hours the hourly rate drops: €250 for every hour that begins before 8 pm, €300 for every hour that begins at 8 pm or later. A three-hour Intensive starting at 1 pm therefore comes to €750; one starting at 7 pm to €850. Surcharges for particular practices, the deposit and the cancellation terms are set out on prices and booking.
What the studio describes – and which floor suits which session
According to Royal Empire, the house spreads over three floors. A Classic BDSM Floor of concrete, steel and leather, with a cage, a dungeon, a clinic area, a bondage bench and a gynaecological chair among other things. A LUXX Floor devoted to luxury and latex. And a Royal Suite of about 100 square metres with two play rooms. The studio also stresses discretion and hygiene.
Which space we use, I decide with your session in mind; I cannot promise a particular room for a particular date. As a rough guide:
- Clinical scenes: the clinic area on the Classic floor is the natural setting for a clinic role play or an enema – see medical play.
- Restraint and long bondage: space matters more than décor, above all for mummification, which takes at least 90 minutes.
- Latex and rubber: the LUXX floor, if it is free – see latex and rubber.
- An Intensive of three hours: one space for the whole stretch, so that nothing interrupts us halfway through.
If you have a wish, put it in the note of your request. I read it, and I shape the session around what is possible.
Getting to the north-west of Munich
Royal Empire lies in the north-west of the city. I do not publish the exact address; it reaches you once I have confirmed your appointment and the deposit has arrived. For planning in advance, "north-west Munich" is all you need.
By public transport. The north-west is well connected to the centre by U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Once you have the address, any journey-planner app shows the nearest stop and the walk from there.
By car. According to the studio, there is protected parking behind a barrier, a rear entrance that cannot be seen from the street, and a lift inside. For many guests that is the most comfortable way to arrive. Still leave a margin for traffic: arriving late does not lengthen a session – it only shortens yours.
However you travel, arrive sober. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs is turned away, however long the journey was.
From your hotel, the Messe or the airport
If you are in Munich on business, for a trade fair or a few nights in a hotel, the rule is the same as for everyone: you come to me at the studio, not the other way round. Plan the route before the day:
- From the main station and the centre: a direct S-Bahn or U-Bahn ride north-west, or a taxi; the journey planner tells you which once the address is in your hands.
- From the Messe München: the fair grounds lie on the eastern edge of the city, so you cross Munich once. Allow for that, especially at the end of a fair day.
- From the airport: it lies well to the north-east. Check in at your hotel first and leave large luggage there.
- By taxi: straightforward from any hotel once you know the address, and the rear entrance spares you a walk past the front of the building.
Think about the journey back too: in person I begin no later than 11 pm, and a three-hour Intensive no later than 10 pm. My English home page gathers everything else an international visitor needs.
From request to address, and the arrival itself
The order is always the same:
- You choose type, day and time in the calendar. Royal Empire is pre-selected as the venue.
- Your request goes to me by WhatsApp or Telegram, with price and reference already written out.
- I confirm personally. Only then is the appointment binding.
- You pay the €50 deposit, which counts towards the price.
- I send you the address and anything else you need for the day.
On the day, arrive on time and well groomed. Your phone goes off before we start, and nothing is photographed, filmed or recorded without my prior agreement. The balance is paid in cash when the session begins.
Discretion runs in both directions. What happens in the studio stays there – and that includes keeping silent about anyone else you may pass in the building, just as I keep silent about you. A first name or initials are enough for your request; being 18 or over is not optional. What happens once the door closes – the conversation beforehand, limits, the minutes afterwards – I describe in your first session.
Alternative: Studio 60
If you prefer, you can choose Studio 60 in Munich-Moosach as the venue when you request a date in the calendar. The arrangement there is different, and it is worth knowing before you pick it.
- You book the room yourself. You reserve a room at Studio 60 for exactly our time and pay the studio directly; that money never passes through me, and the studio alone sets the amount.
- My fee is lower, the room comes on top. At Studio 60 I charge €250 for every hour that begins before 8 pm and €300 from 8 pm – a single hour included – plus the room fee you have already paid there.
- Proof is part of the request. A required tick box confirms that the room is booked and paid, and you follow your message with a screenshot of the studio's confirmation showing date and time.
Whether a room booking at Studio 60 can be moved or cancelled follows that studio's terms, not mine. A video session needs no room at all.
